This museum presents a large part of the collections of Father Delétoille, which he had on exposition in his house on rue des Fontaines.

Since 1992, the museum has improved and expanded due to the legacy of Albert Raoult.

The collections bring together more than 600 works of the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, including earthenware, pewter ware, both utilitarian and decorative copper items, guns, pipes, shoes, and local artisinal tools.

In addition, a collection of more than 200 post cards and documents show the city of Fruges at the beginning of the 20th century.
